JEE Advanced Level solved questions and Chapter analysis of JEE Newton's Laws of Motion with Avinash Sir.
Till now you have only analysed the motion of a body moving on a straight line or in a plane. Our next chapter Laws of Motion brings forces into account. This chapter mainly introduces you to drawing free body diagrams, various kinds of forces like tension, spring force, force of friction, centripetal force etc. You learn to find out the acceleration of the system comprising of one or more objects, analysing the condition for equilibrium of the given system. You also learn momentum along with conservation of momentum here. This video is split into two parts and in this first part, along with the analysis and quick revision we have the following three questions for you:
Preparing for the JEE Exam? Get access to engaging video lessons for concept clarity & tackle every problem in an easier way. With BYJU'S JEE, target CBSE board exams and entrance exams like IIT JEE Main & Advanced with equal ease. High definition visualization techniques help in exam preparation, revision and retention of concepts. Made by IITians, BYJU'S is everything you need to crack the JEE.
Question 1. You are given with a connected mass system here and you have to find out the value of tension at various points of a system. The different thing about this question is that the string has mass here, therefore the value of tension will vary at different points. 09:02
Question 2. Again you are given with a connected pulley block system here and you have to find out the value of a certain mass so that the other mass doesn’t slip down. You’ll learn here how you can apply pseudo force. You begin with free body diagrams and easily find out whatever is required. 18:36
Question 3. This is an interesting question that uses the concepts of collision where you have to find out the number of collisions happening between the two point masses on a circular track before they meet again. 32:26
