The leadership funnels all the way down, if you want to say that, to boots on the ground. We go out there, I support my staff by making sure that they're taken care of because I'm taken care of. Rick, Patty, and Christy are so so involved, and such warm and amazing people. They're wonderful attitudes filter down to all of us, so you can't help but feel good about that leadership and that way of doing business.

Leadership means to me strength. It means motivation, it means confidence. It means guiding your people and making something really wonderful happen. When you walk through the doors, you feel a one-ness. You feel safe, you feel happy, you feel like you're going to accomplish major goals, and the energy level is just tremendous.
So when I lead my staff, I lead them to say, "What are we going to do today?" We're going to provide the best service, we're going to provide the best comfort, and we're going to give somebody the best loan that's available to them.
